Order requests and quotes

Submitting a configuration creates an order request. It does not authorize payment or production. A final quote confirms product pricing, shipping, applicable tax, turnaround, and payment instructions.

Artwork and approval

Production begins only after required artwork, specifications, final pricing, and approval have been confirmed. Screen colors may differ from printed output; physical proofs and color-critical requirements should be requested before approval.

Custom products

Printed products are made to order. Changes or cancellations must be requested before production begins. If a delivered product is defective or does not match the approved specifications, contact the print team promptly for review and an appropriate reprint or resolution.

Shipping and payment

Shipping methods, delivery estimates, applicable tax, and payment terms are confirmed in the final quote. Online payment is not collected when an order request is submitted.
